About Us

Born and raised in Frederick MD, I wanted to start a business, and metal is all I thought about.
In 2000, I started Metal-Tech, sheet metal fabrication, and I have watched the company grow, just like Frederick itself.
Since then, family have come along, so I wanted a project that we can do at home, and share my love of metal so the family could get involved.
I loved smudge pots the first time I laid eyes on one. I wondered how I could create it myself...mainly because I wanted one!
